Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CloudSlim's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

Services

CloudSlim provides cloud cost optimization consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud cost audits and analysis
  • FinOps implementation and consulting
  • Reserved instance optimization
  • Kubernetes cost optimization

Client Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Grant necessary access to cloud accounts for audits
  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials shared
  • Pay for services according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CloudSlim and protected by intellectual property laws.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your cloud infrastructure details, cost data, or business information to third parties without your consent.

Service Guarantee

CloudSlim guarantees to identify cost savings opportunities. If our audit does not identify at least 20% potential savings, the audit fee will be refunded in full.

Limitation of Liability

CloudSlim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudSlim from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes.
